Macroeconomics vs. Microeconomics

Economics has two general levels: Macroeconomics (Macro) and Microeconomics (Micro).

Macro involves the phenomenal of Economics. It deals with things like GDP, inflation, and unemployment. Macro is about Economics' externals.

Microeconomics involves the socialness of Economics. It deals with institutions like firms and households. Micro is about Economics' internals.
